  I think Twitch was the streaming service that got this type of thing started.
  
  Google has been trying to break into the field with  Youtube Gaming
  
  I prefer the people on Youtube Gaming, but Youtube performance sometimes stinks.  The streamers I like often dual-stream to Twitch, so I watch them on Twitch, but participate in the chat on Youtube (the chat panel pops out, after which you can close the Youtube video window and watch on Twitch). 
  
  Some of the players/streamers I watch are definitely NSFW.  They're based in New York City. Anyone who has grown up in that region knows that adding the "F" word to everything is just the way they talk.  If you've seen the movie "My Cousin Vinny" (a VERY funny movie), you'll know what I mean.  Vinny and his Fiance talk that way through most of the movie.  The parts were simply written to make them reflect typical New Yorkers.
  
  My favorite games to watch are survival horror games, H1Z1 (Battle Royale-style game), and adventure games (Uncharted, etc.).   Games these days play out almost like watching a movie, so they can be very entertaining.

  I haven't really been a gamer for a long time. I don't count solitaire......

  i love video games....... .. especially the nintendo legend of zelda series...... ... (i have played and beaten all of them.... multiple times.... )
  ...... but unfortunately that;s about the limit of my involvement with video games...... ...i have seen the ones you mention and they seem way
   too intense and time consuming to me......... i think if i ever got involved in those i would never get off my computer......
