ever heard of a "squiver" ?

..as an archer and bowhunter this thing intrigues me... ..though the marine corps kabar
i carry with me for hunting hardly qualifies as a sword... i do carry it in a special sheath
that is incorporated into my back quiver.... ..and because it;s on my back quiver i have to
take the quiver off to get to it.... ....it was moved to the quiver for safety reasons after an
unfortunate accident proved the previous way i was carrying that combat knife to be too
dangerous for someone of my compact stature...
thing is... my kabar never gets in the way..... but i can see how having a full size sword on
a side quiver would..... . i guess the sword could be carried in a back "squiver"... in the way
mel gibson carried his claymore in the movie braveheart..... ..i have carried a machete before
..depending on where we were going... and i put it right into the quiver with my arrows.... it;s
only a few inches longer than they were so it never got in the way either... easy to access...
