these things fly over my house all the time.... slow and extremely loud.... . but on one
occasion they flew over us when we were in a boat out at sea.... they had their rotor
engines rotated forward and they were super fast and very quiet..... i don;t know who
is flying them in england where this video originated.... but here it;s entirely a marine
corps operation....

we hear this no less than a dozen times a day... ...not quite this loud when they immediately
go vertical coz that;s still a few miles away from our building... .. but sometimes they turn
right and fly out over the waters offshore of waikiki and then we get a real ear full... ..i don;t
get tired of it though.. .i don;t think anybody here does.. we recognize it as the sound of freedom
.... american airpower.... and the greatest fighter jet ever built.....
which obama cancelled coz he was afraid it would intimidate his favorite terrorist countries.... and hurt their feelings....
...they have all been trying to copy it ever since..... but to no avail....

AWESOME video. I almost joined the air force when I was teenager. I wanted to be a pilot or a nuclear engineer for the navy. I love going fast. -

to me it;s almost a perfect video... . it starts off with a classic bronco in mint condition... cherry red.. . then features 2 f22 raptors taking off with afterburners lit and going straight up into the sky.... .. then has a lambourgini doing a slow roll in front of the camera just before the camera angle moves up to watch the raptors disappear into the sun.....and all in less than a minute and a half.....
i love watching fast jets and high tech flying machines... ..but truth is i am scared to death to fly... . on the few occasions i had to board an airliner to travel, i had to be heavily medicated just to endure it.... ..i don;t mind being in high places... i live on the 39th floor of a high rise... . but the idea of being up in a high place with no connection to the earths surface, and nothing but air beneath me,scares me beyond explanation......

the air force continues to insist the F-35 lightning can fill the role held by the mighty A-10
thunderbolt.... ..but so far... nobody i know who actually served on the ground in the
military agrees.... they were mildly impressed by the gun demonstration though... sort of....

this video shows the v-22 osprey in both super loud hover mode... and also super quiet
flying like a plane, with engines and rotors turned forward mode.... ...pretty awesome.....

the f-22 raptor is the undisputed king of the skies.... but with less than 200 of them
inthe usaf inventory... (thanks to obamas "make america weaker" campaign).... and
with the f-35 still yet to prove it was worth it;s trillion dollar price tag.... it;s clear
the f-15 eagle will continue have a job to do for many years to come.....
